Personal Data Protection Statement

By submitting this form, you provide your personal data to Skanska Residential a.s., Křižíkova 682/34a, Karlín, 186 00 Praha 8, for the purpose of:

  • communicating with you during the complaint handling process,
  • performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations related to complaint settlement.

Your personal data may be made available to Skanska group companies, IT service providers, and other partners involved in complaint handling.

We will process the data for the duration of our obligations under the concluded contract, but no longer than 1 year after the end of statutory liability for hidden defects of the building in which your property is located. If a special legal regulation sets a different period, we will follow that regulation.

You have the right at any time to:

  • request access to personal data, its rectification, or erasure,
  • request restriction of processing or object to processing,
  • exercise the right to data portability.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

In case you do not find your project, contact the warranty team of the usual way.

Acknowledgement of receipt of the complaint will be sent automatically to your email address. In case you do not receive confirmation, you must enter the complaint again. The reason for non-delivery could be for example: malformed mail address, full mailbox or mail server outage.

If you find difficulties while adding your photos, you might send it later via e-mail while communicating with technician.
